Midwest Connection started out of goal of making it easier for Cosplayer and Photographers in the Midwest to find each other. Compared to the cosplay scenes on the coast, the Midwest is relatively small, so it can be harder to build that network of connections and find new and amazing people to work with. This site is here to help try and fix that problem. From the humble beginning as a collection of names and links in a Google Docs sheet to a full-fledged site, our goal has never changed – we aim to be a positive force in the community and a build block for new and wonderful connections.
